CRA conducts comprehensive fire origin and cause determination investigations. Our staff has extensive experience in fire science and is well versed in understanding the progression of fire and identifying accidental, incendiary, and natural fire causes.
CRA’s lead Fire Investigator has 15 years of experience in the fire service, and currently serves as a Fire Chief of a volunteer fire company. Through his service in both volunteer and career firefighting and emergency services, he has amassed more than 460 certified hours of training in fire chemistry, fire suppression, fire ground operations, emergency management, building construction, hazardous materials, vehicle technology, and fire behavior.
CRA and its staff have conducted a variety of fire investigations, including residential structures, commercial structures, wildland/vegetation, vehicles, recreational vehicles/trailers, and machinery/equipment.
